Hi all, Italiavb here. I got an Akorn Kamado for my birthday in March. Did two cooks so far, ribs both times. The first cook was better than the second, but I believe I am getting the hang of temp control. Doing a whole chicken next and a butt. Looking to get a remote thermostat. Any recommendations?
 
Welcome to the board! I haven't watched someone run a kamado yet, I don't know much about them.
