Mrs Bear said on Friday, “It’s supposed to be Beautiful on Sunday—How ‘bout I thaw some Ribeyes?”
Well Who am I to argue with that Idea?!?!
So I grilled a pair of the nicest looking little “Choice” Ribeyes we ever had. Lots of marbling & untrimmed fat all over those bad boys!!!
Mrs Bear whipped up some Roasted Red Taters & some Broccoli to go with them.
I also threw a couple of small skewers of Shrimp on for the Bear.
As I suspected when I saw these Ribeyes, these were the best we’ve had in a while!!!
We put everything on our Hot Plates too, so it stays nice & warm.
