Mrs Bear thought it was about time we had some Taylor Pork Roll, and I totally agreed.
So she picked up a One Pound Bagged Roll for about $8.
As you’ll see I stole some for a couple Sammies the night before I did this Batch.
I made the anti-curling cuts in the whole roll. Works better than making little cuts in each slice!!
We sometimes throw it in a Frying Pan, but since the weather was decent, I threw the slices on my Weber “Q”.
Then as you’ll see, I used some Grey Poupon this time for a little extra Pizzazz.
That’s about it, other than what I say in the captions below.
This is Great Stuff !!!
About 12 ounces of a 16 ounce bag of Taylor Pork Roll:
I like to make 4 cuts about 1/2” deep in it before I slice it—Quicker & Easier. This keeps the slices from curling:
All sliced up:
Toss them on my Weber “Q”:

Sammie Time——Get ‘em while they’re Hot !!!
Grey Poupon on both halves and some Grilled Pork Roll. That’s all that’s needed. Don’t want to smother the Pork Roll flavor:
