Well the new smoker is done. It's seasoned and ready to go. First cook is this weekend. I hate to jinx this but it seemed to be holding pretty even heat the whole way through.

I offered to some friends and family to bring something to put on the smoker, but quality is not guaranteed. Sounds like Ribs, Chicken, Brisket, and a Chucky. I am guessing I will be pulling my hair out by the end of the day, but hey I love doing it.
