Smoke number 2 from the weekend, our weather couldn't have been better. This was a 5lb bone-in turkey breast. I brined it overnight and then injected with Tony's jalapeno butter. Then just a simple coating of S&P:
Unfortunately I forgot pics on the smoker as things were coming off at slightly different times. The WSM was full with the turkey, corn, jalapenos, and potatoes (had EVOO and a homemade rub on them). Here is everything finished after the turkey rested for 20 minutes in double foil:
