Hi all. Warmer weather here making smoking on my charcoal smoker little easyer but enjoyed challenges winter gave me.got a nice new York stip roast to smoke super good sale.:yahoo:
That what mom and wife wants . My kids and my grandma want chicken. So got 3 nice 6lb birds to do as well. Rub on last night going to start cooking around 11am. :grilling_smilie:
