9 lb plus pork piknik shoulder injected with apple juice and apple cider vinegar
On the Akorn @ 250°F
Smoked to 160°F ... foiled continued on to 190°F internal temp
3-1/2 lbs all said and done. Rested an hour unfoiled. Pulled fine. Next time 200°F, unfoil an hour, rest an hour then pull. Crisper bark that way perhaps although was not to bad as was.
