Been awhile since I had some chicken smoked.

Seasoned with this.

Some nice temps and apple smoke.

45 mins later.

Perfect bite through skin.

It's hands down far and above the best seasoning I've ever used on poultry. Their other seasonings are fantastic but the poultry is special on birds for sure.

It's hands down far and above the best seasoning I've ever used on poultry. Their other seasonings are fantastic but the poultry is special on birds for sure.
