Cheeekin.

 

 

Akorn smoking away. Temp holding at 270. I did play around with the vents and had the temp up to 325

 

 

 


Cheeekin getting happy hickory smoke with some taters.

 

 

 

 

Little while later

 

 

Cheeekin be done. My wife and I did the 1/2 and our friends had the spatched

 

 

 

 


My plate with some country bobs on my tater.

 


While the lump is hot how bout a small meat loaf.

Looks great Rick nice addition to your toys. I hope to smoke something tomorrow before I fly out to (south of you I think) Marco Island for a convention on sunday thru Next fri May 1st.

 

A full smoker is a happy smoker

I made some pintos today.

 

 

 

 

So i made a pinto, cheese and smoked meatloaf burro today for dinner.
