Love it... Awesome color. It's a good feeling when the kids ask for ribs or any other smoked foods. My kids usually default to ribs as well.

Hawaiian style smoked ribs with kiawe wood... BRAH!!! ;)

This was a while ago but both the kiawe smoked turkey and the Hawaiian style ribs were broke da mouth!
