Hello to everyone...

My name is Terry I am originally from the Midwest and now live in Northern California retired... Like a lot of families the gatherings and weekends were around a grill outside and I still love to BBQ... I have had a solid wood grill, charcoal grills, Weber charcoal kettles, Weber gas grills (still have one)...

A couple summers ago one of my sons walked into the local Costco and purchased a wood pellet grill... It did not take him long to figure out how to use it and me to realize his beef ribs, pork ribs, some meats cooked on that wood pellet grill I liked better than my grilling...

Anyway yesterday I ordered a Rec Tec RT-680 wood pellet grill and now I need to learn how to use it... Not being a computer type person I hope I can learn how to use this forum properly and obtain knowledge from you BBQ lovers on this site... Will dinner is calling...

Keep it lit...
