Hello from Ohio!

Hello folks! Just got my first smoker today, as I would love to give this a try. My nieghbor turned me on to the great taste last year, so its my turn.
My smoker is a CharBroil vertical type. Now, I know, and have read that most make modifications to these so I will be looking into that as well. Anyways, looking forward to learning here, and enjoying some good food!
