Cooking brisket in oven

I'm having a few people over on Saturday.  I would love to take out my smoker but I have about 2.5 feet of snow covering my deck.  Just not feasible to bring it out right now.  What is the best way to do it in the oven?  I'm most likely going to go with a small point.

I'll probably do potatoes and beans for sides.  I would like to use the drippings to flavor everything after.

I'd just season it up with some spog (salt, pepper, onion, and garlic) after marinading it in some worcestshire sauce for a few hours. Preheat that oven up to 250-275 and throw it in there in a pan with some taters and carrots. Leave it till it reads about 180-190 with your therm and a toothpick slides in like butter.

Hope that helps!

Sounds like a plan

Great, thanks.  Pretty much what I thought.
