My name is Dave, I am located in the wonderland of Frozen Tundra of Wisconsin. I have been a member for a few years and I finally ready to post some questions and etc. I do the average back yard cooks for friends and family, But I also get out 4-6 times a year to do competition bbq contests. I am currently finishing a gravity feed smoker and I now looking to do a rotisserie smoker. So any information on a Rotisserie smoker builds would be much appreciated.
