What an awesome site for a new guy to learn from the pros. I currently live in Columbus, Ga. I'm as green as you can get when it comes to smoking. I have a small Charbroil 430 offset smoker, thought I would start off light to see if I liked it. I have done a few smokes, boston butts, whole chickens, ribs, and pork tenderloins. For the most part the more I do the better the outcome. Thanks again for letting me hang around in here and pick your brains.
