I have a little background in smoking and Bar Be Que. I have a Brinkman Trailmaster Limited at one location and I have a custom built smoker I made using a horizontal propane cylinder at another.  I have a smoking cabinet fired by a camp stove for cold smoking fish and salt. I evaporate my own salt from what many connsider the cleanest sea water in the US on the Mendocino Coast in California. I'm lookingofrward to exchanging information with other aficionados of wood smoke.  Regards, Chas
