I have a little background in smoking and Bar Be Que. I have a Brinkman Trailmaster Limited at one location and I have a custom built smoker I made using a horizontal propane cylinder at another. I have a smoking cabinet fired by a camp stove for cold smoking fish and salt. I evaporate my own salt from what many connsider the cleanest sea water in the US on the Mendocino Coast in California.
