Howdy from northcentral Kansas

Thread Starter

Just an old retired farmer-rancher.   Raised lots of beef over the years, now I'm learning how to smoke em.   So far, I've done mostly pork tho.    Got a MES 30 a few months ago and having lots of fun with it this winter.   Got a lot of questions and a lot to learn and this looks like a good place to learn.
