Hey now,

Been grilling for years and we just bought a smoker for ourselves for Christmas  (BTW Merry Christmas and Happy New Year).  We have already cooked a pork butt and pork ribs and they turned out great using Hickory for the ribs and tried apple wood for the roast...(really prefer the hickory...We have a masterbuilt 2 door gas smoker and already found out the water pan is too small and I had to buy a small cast iron frying pan for the wood holder, I usually fill the pan with apple juice which, to me, adds great flavor.  Started the day looking for advice on the interweb and first site I came to was right here...got the info I was looking for and thought I'd join...posted a vid of how I actually got my chickens in a row... in the smoker...

you can find it here or under the gas smoker section...

Well I'll post some pics after everything is done...happy Smoking!!!
