Hello fellow smokers!
I have read this forum seveal times for advice and used many recipes that have turned out amazing, so I figured I would finally join and participate. I live in Atlantic Beach, FL whic is basically Jacksonville and I currently have a Master Forge double door propane smoker. I originally started out with a charcoal vertical smoker but recently upgraded to my Master Forge. So far i have smoked some ribs, sirloin tip roast, and for FL/GA tailgate I smoked 2 boston butts, a bacon wrapped fatty, and Dutch's Wicked Baked Beans. Our tailgate was a huge hit and the compliments came in from all, so I owe thanks to all of you for the advice and recipes.
While living here in Florida I love to fish, golf, go to the beach, and smoke meat. This time of year is definitely consumed by football and smoking. Honestly I can turn any sporting event into a reason to break out the smoker. I look forward to interacting with everyone on the forum and welcom any advice or comments. I will post some pics from the tailgate for everyone to see.
Thanks,
Smokin WarEagle
