Hey Hey!
New to the forum here and I gotta say, poking around the last couple of weeks, love the tips/advice and feedback everyone provides!!
I'm a 35 yr old married guy with a 6 month old son who lives in South Denver. Colorado Native, so of course I am a lover of all things Broncos and Colorado as a whole!!
I come from a strong Polish and Scotish family, so I grew up smoking home made sausage with my Dad and Grandpa. I seriously got into smoking meat as a hobby about 5 years ago when I met my (now) wife who hails from a small town about an hour north of Memphis, TN. Besides Sausage, Pork Butts and chicken are my 'Go To' smoking meats, for the life of me I can't nail down a solid Brisket like I want to, and I have been experimenting some more with Ribs and some other 'fun' cuts of meat (Chicken Wings, Tri-Tip, etc).
i smoke on a upright Propane smoker I scooped up from Pro Bass Shop about 3 years ago. If my lotto numbers finally hit I would love a big green egg, but to be honest, I love the ease of smoking with propane.
Anywho, thanks again for approving my entry into this great forum and I look forward to the many tips and tricks I am sure I will come across!
