I'm Shane with Snake River Farms (a meat company). Since I'm in this industry for work, as you can imagine I'm very involved in smoking and grilling overall...whether it be in my backyard, at BBQ competitions or at fancy restaurants. Our company is based in Boise, ID and that's where I live.
