My name is Chris and I live about 15 minutes south of West Point in New York.  Just got into smoking and bought a pellet smoker by Rec Tec.  Tried a pork butt and baby back ribs so far.  Pulled pork came out great, ribs just OK.  Thinking about a London broil then onto a brisket.  Heard a brisket is tough.  Look forward to asking you A LOT of questions.  Thanks.

Regards,

Chris
