I live in Montreal and cooking, including smoking is a passion of mine. Like i often say: cooking is my yoga!
I joined because as a Montrealers, i am trying to come up with the best smoked meat, that could surpass schwarts and others! I've had the best smoked meat at magdelen Islands (iles de la madeleine) last spring made at the fumoir d'antan. They've been smoking fish for hundreds of years at that place; it is am amazing fumoir and their smoked meat is hands down the best i've ever had.
