I used Jeff's rib rub and a store bought BBq sauce at the end. I smoked them with rub only for 3 hours at 225 then I put sauce on them and apple juice and wrapped them for another two hours since I had a hard time getting them up to temp.
They were a hit with the family and they were sweet with a little bite of spicy. Family got to them before I could take a picture of them but here is what was left.
