I don't have anywhere out of the weather to do smoking.  I have been thinking of adding on the back porch and building a smoke shack.  I have a 110v outlet so that's not an issue.

I have the MES 30", and I can build it to have ample room around the smoker for safety.  The question I have is how to vent the smoke?  Has anyone done anything similar to this, and how did you vent it?

I have mine in my shop. I enjoy the smell of the smoke. As long as you have TBS it should not be a problem.
