That's why you need more than 1 smoker.

Happy smoken.

:hit:  Yep you will.  My electric produces wood smoke just like any other box!!!   Hell you can SMOKE food indoors using a foil pan.  I understand that an electric is more like an oven BUT I am still smoking my food.

PLUS I don't have to sit around and tend a fire......that makes it WAY worth it

Just playin Scott...sorta lol.  but did  you know that it's the invisible combustion gasses that gives the most flavor to BBQ food?  The more combustion i.e what produces the heat and not just smoke whether propane, charcoal or sticks the better and complex the flavors.    There's some good articles out there on the topic that's worth checking out.  David is right you should consider adding another smoker...look at something like the mini or maybe a UDS.   Those types of smokers take basically no fire tending what soever.  I might add a electric for things like jerky one of these days....they have good purposes for sure.

Sorry for the hijack David!    Thanks for the reminder too, I gotta get to Menards to pick up some RO that's on sale.

I LOVE the convenience of the Electric.....more time for drinking :beercheer:

I use them all so I can't say anything bad. They all have their ups and downs.

Happy smoken.
