That breast looks great David, so moist. I bet it was melt in your mouth good.

I have had lots of folks say, if I could get white meat that juicy, I'd eat white me. It looks delicious my friend.

It just ain't fair, I would bet its gonna be KFC for lunch here..... Convience will trump out taste.

It turned out very juicy. I normally brine and inject as well as rub. This time it was just rubbed. A lot of people make the mistake of slicing to soon. They end up with a lot of juice on the cutting board. I like my juice in the meat. Patience!

I have the carcass  in the freeze for gumbo.
