Thanks again David, I really enjoy smoking, especially for friend and family., who enjoy BBQ. Part of the stuff I smoked was for my Grandson's best friend and his parents. They called my wife earlier this week and asked what I would charge to smoke some stuff for them. I told the just to bring over what they wanted smoked and I would be happy to smoke it for them and they certainly didn't owe me anything. Had a good time doing it, even spent some time with showing Kevin (one of the parents) how to prepare and smoke.

How are you doing, keeping you in our prayers

Gary Doing well thanks. I enjoy firing up the smoker. I get people asking what I charge. I tell them just bring it and I will make it happen. On my cheese I tell them I will smoke it on the halves. When they are still talking about it a year later you know you did well.

Happy smoken.

Gary, not sure how I missed this one, but I'm glad I'm seeing it now. If there's a smoking meat magazine that picture should be on the cover. That is extraordinary. Nice job my friend!!!!
