What's up BBQ fanatics! I was recently introduced to the art of BBQ by my cousin Scan and his friends. They are BBQ fanatics with a set of skills when it comes to smoking. They compete in many completions over the season in New England. I smoke on a Weber Smokey Mountain 18.5. Just here to learn a bit. Thanks for reading! image.jpg 135k .jpg file

Welcome from Canada, Ryno.

What's up? Here in the Canadian Rockies, it is hot, it is dry and there is good food in the smoker!

Welcome to our hobby but I should warn  you it is addictive and I have not been able to find a cure. Of course, I haven't looked very hard.

I look forward to your posts and remember, we love pictures!

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
