New to smoking...well beyond using a Big Chief that is. Recently purchased a Traeger and now have "the bug" big time. 30+ years of cooking experience only to find I've been missing out. Anyway, howdy from the beautiful Pacific Northwest...

Howdy neighbor welcome! Wish I still had my little chief and big chief smokers. Smoked a couplet ton of salmon using those guys!!!
