Ended up with a 10 lb Round Tip, gave it the SPOG treatment and in the smoker I am planning to pull this our around 130-135 but so fat am shocked it had been in for 2.5 hours and is already at 97degrees, should I be cooking at less than 225? Or is this just in track to pull off in another hour?
