Hello from OKC, OK! New to the site. Received MB 40" electric smoker as a b day gift! After much research.., I am ready to smoke. Experimenting with baby backs, bologna and fresh corn on the cob this afternoon...keep your fingers crossed. Looking forward to sharing results and trying all the great recipes from the site!
