New to propane smokers need help

Good morning everyone! I am new to propane smokers and have a tall smoker from cabelas I am using today to smoke some ribs. I will be using the 3-2-1 method as I have used in the past my only issue is where and how much to use the wood chips and to replenish them throughout the smoking process. Also where and how much water to put in the bowl. Thanks guys!

Hi,
as far as smoke, just put in a few handfuls of chips at a time. Replenish when you stop seeing smoke. Each fill/refill should last you about 45 minuntes. You only need to do the wood chips for the first 2-3 hours. Fill the water pan uup all the way with HOT water. I would go with a temp of 225 though some folks do them at 275. You should be good to go.
