Good morning everyone! I am new to propane smokers and have a tall smoker from cabelas I am using today to smoke some ribs. I will be using the 3-2-1 method as I have used in the past my only issue is where and how much to use the wood chips and to replenish them throughout the smoking process. Also where and how much water to put in the bowl. Thanks guys!
