Philly Cheesesteak Fatty with left over Pulled Beef....

Next week I am renting a beach house out on the North Fork of Long Island with my wife, daughter, and brother -in-law's family. We will be here for two weeks and I can't wait. Basically, the whole vacation is one big beach bbq and I do all the cookiing (by choice). So this year I am taking my propane smoker and wanted to prep as much in advance. Today a made a couple of cheesesteak fatties with leftover pulled chuckie. I am going to freeze them as is so I can just bacon wrap them when I'm on vacation and throw them in the smoker. Here's the step by step photos...
