• Making the Cubanos.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• I used two cast iron skillets as a press, both were heated till they were hot, just make sure to clean the bottom of the pan you will be pressing with and also spray with a cooking spray, I did not do this my first three sandwiches and you can see where I got some crap on top of the three sammies and the top portion of the rolls stuck to the bottom of the top pan.

SQWIB, those are some good looking Cubanos. I make up a similar one using my Canadian bacon in stead of the ham.

I don't get to make as many at a time since my wife is always on a strict diet and won't eat anything she doesn't have the exact calorie count.
