New to the forums here and new to smoking. I've always been into grilling and have recently started down the road to smoking. I've been smoking on a large charcoal grill using indirect heat with charcoal and large wood chunks (hickory and mesquite). I've done a few briskets, some ribs and did a boston butt this past weekend for father's day. I took it as a compliment that no one opened the bbq sauce I had out for those that wanted it. and the fact that there wasn't much left of the 9.5lb butt! Anyways, I'm looking forward to getting my first smoker and picking ya'lls brains on how to use it!
