My name is Tim, but my handle here is WrshpMzshn, short for Worship Musician.

I live in Oregon City, Oregon. I have access to some of the nation's best trout and salmon fishing.

My attempts at smoking in the past haven't produced the results I'd like, so I'm looking forward to learning from Jeff and all of you.

My smoker is a Brinkman electric.
