I been trying to duplicate it but it's been hard I can get the taste but not the color but I've been learning a whole lot from experience with smoking I love it it's very relaxing for me and I love it just like fishing[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

Good job on the brisket, I love that smoke ring and its obviously squirting juice everywhere......
