Hey guys as it says in the title i am new to smoking meat. I live in the small town of Ware, Mass and i am your typically masshole. I hunt and fish and quad for my own man time and now looking to get into smoking of the meats. So i just bought from Cabelas a 7-in-1 Cooker/Smoker. So i have a few questions but i will look around the site so i can post in the proper area. But i am looking to smoke a Pork Butt this sunday after i season the smoker tomorrow. Any tips, advice and recipes would be great.
