Hi, just joined the forum tonight, but have browsed it for a couple years for tips and tricks.

About 3 years ago I bought a round Brinkmann vertical smoker and it was great, but it just wasn't enough.  Last year I upgraded to a square Masterbuilt vertical that can use charcoal and propane.  I went from briquettes to lump.  Now I'm ready to upgrade again.  I want a ceramic grill/smoker and came here for advice!  By the way, stopped on my way home and picked up 3 racks of ribs for Monday!!!

Thanks

Hello Jason, welcome to the site, which smoker you going to do your ribs on ?  I am sure we have a lot of members that smoke on ceramic, they can probably help with your choice,
