New to smoking

Hey everyone! I'm very new to smoking. My husband bought a char-grill pellet & I fell in love with cooking on it so he recently purchased me a Traeger 400. I use them both almost daily. So far I've made fish, chicken, corn, skillet potatoes & lobster tails. My crowning achievement were baby back ribs. They came out absolutely perfect. I'm looking forward to reading posts here & getting new ideas as well as sage advise.

Welcome to the forum. I'm new myself, and the info you can find on this site is invaluable. It's a great group of people. Enjoy.

Thanks! From what I've gleaned so far, this is one of the friendliest boards I've ever read.

Thanks! I found out very quickly how many different methods could be applied to the same protein. :-)
