Thanks for the reminder! I was already sitting here thinking about what to have for lunch and totally forgot it's Friday. That burger does look REALLY good though!

I am not a huge mushroom fan except when cooked with onions and placed on a steak but this looks amazing.  I am not Catholic so I think I might have to throw some hamburgers in the smoker tonight....  YUM

We don't always have the shrooms and swiss but we always use the burger mix.  We love the taste the venison gives it.

Thanks Case.  We eat that fungus just about anyway you can.  Raw, fried , baked. breaded.
