My name is Larry, the last Larry under the age of 45 on the planet I believe.

I have been grilling for about a year now and I feel it is time to get into making some true barbecue!

I am excited, but this all has been a bit intimidating. I have faith that with the help of God and others around me I will get things going well.

I look forward to learning, listening, and creating some wonderful barbecue!

Welcome Larry! You came to the right place. You'll find everyone very friendly and helpful. It won't be long and you will be surprised at how much you progress. Try the search bar for pork butts or shoulders. Butts are a great thing to try first as they are very delicious and very forgiving.
