Hey guys, so one of our favorite meast is herb cruated pork loin. But it's usually done in the oven, on hogh heat at first to get that good crust! So I thought what the heck, why not smoke one. Forgot the prep picture, but here it is right as I but it on. There's ribs and a fattie on there too.
