I am new to whole meat smoking world. I am from Minnesota. I bought a Masterbuilt 30" Electric Smoke to begin with. So far it works great.
I have smoked salmon that turned out real well. I made some bacon that I was very impressed with. The hard boiled eggs did not turn out as well as I had hoped. Neither did the venison Jerky. There is always room for improvement. By joining this forum I was hoping to get some more experience and more ideas on things to smoke. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
