That's beautiful! How many people did you feed with that load of meat?

Thanks. We cooked around 600 pounds total. I'm not exactly sure how many people were at the event. We were home catching up on some sleep by that time.

Man... I love looking in at this thread every once in a while. What a set up! And to think my poor 5th wheel wedge trailer just pulls around some broke down old cars now and then...

What a beautiful picture.  Nice work.  How long did the entire project take to build?

I love big BUTTS, I cannot lie!

Man, nice rig.  You have 2 other cookers on there.  One looks like a deep fryer and the other looks like a charcoal/wood grill.  Any pictures of those?

Did you put an ash drawer on the RF smoker?

Here are a few pics of one of our neighboring Fire Departments breaking in the new gas grill at their annual Jr. Fireman's Muster.
Worked great for hamburgers and hotdogs.

Thanks for the compliment. I'll try to get some closer pics of the grill. It has a charcoal pan in it as well if you don't want to use the gas.

I didn't put an ash pan in the RF smokers. Ill usually just shovel and wash all the ashes out when I clean up after the cook.

What a great job on this one.  It would be nice to have the talent to build one of these.  I seen some nice ones, but this tops the list!

Thanks for sharing it.
