I have been lurking in the shadows for a little while. I have a Char-broil horizontal smoker with the side fire box. Been smoking on it for a couple years now. Last week I bought my mom a 40in Masterbuilt electric smokehouse for Christmas. She liked what I was doing on mine but did not want to spend as much time as I do tending it. She didn't even wait till Christmas to open it and we did ribs, pork tenderloins and pork shoulder on it last week.
