Hi everyone,
New to this site and new to smoking...excited to begin both!
I got into smoking not long ago just using my grill. The more I fell in love with the process and the results I decided to make my own reverse flow smoker. Quite the project! I've only used it a few times since completing just before Thanksgiving so I'm still trying to break it in and figure out its nuances. My results have not been favorable to my taste buds so I'll be perusing the site for as much help as possible!
Thank you in advance to any and all who lend advice.
Happy Smoking!

Hello and welcome from East Texas. This is a great site, lots of information and great people that are willing to throw in their two cents worth on about anything.
