Stroganoff, the leftovers of the RSS Feed

Simple stroganoff. Cut the steak from the RSS feed into strips. Mushrooms, red onions, garlic.



Deglazed with Atlas Cider Co pomegranate cherry cider.



An there it is served with steamed broccoli.

With snow flying all over here in MN [28 inches already in the Arrowhead area] stroganoff sure sounds good right now and yours look great!! Reinhard

DS Your killin me man,,,, Hopefully some sticks this weekend chilly 8* here this morn., will be good weekend for smoking something.

Thanks Reinhard! No snow sticking here, but oinly 10° this morning with a high of 20°. Supposed to maybe get some snow Saturday, with temps in the single digits!

Thanks DS! Stay warm over there in Idaho! Its going to be a chilly one here all week, single digit nights and nothing above 25 during the days. Saying we should hit 1, or 0 Friday and Saturday night!  Lots of comfort food coming out my kitchen this week.
