I've been tossing around the idea of building a Wood Fired Pizza Oven outside to add to my outdoor kitchen, in Florida we use the grill and smoker all the time. I've found lots of info on the net, but I'm wondering if it will become just a big heavy Chiminea after using it a few times,,, does anyone out there have any experience with building and maintaining an oven like this? Do you think it will add or detract home resale value??
